Attention: Parents Of Incoming 7th Grade Students
If your child will enter the 7th grade this year, they MUST have received a Tdap “whooping cough” (pertussis) vaccination after their 7th birthday.
Proof of receiving the Tdap vaccination must be provided to St. Joachim School front office prior to starting school on August 8th, 2018 or your child WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO START SCHOOL.
